Terms of Service

These terms cover tradewithao.com, the AO member dashboard, the AO Discord bot and community, and anything else Alpha & Omega Analytics LLC ("AO", "we") provides. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. What AO is — and is not
AO is an educational publisher of market analytics. We provide general, impersonal information about markets, options and positioning. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or option, or advice tailored to your situation.
Scores (including the 1–5 read and scores out of 100), levels, flow, contract examples and alerts describe how a setup lines up with AO's criteria. They are not a probability of profit, a forecast, or an instruction to trade. You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you are responsible for the results.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Your membership is for you only. Sharing logins, reselling access or letting others use your account is not allowed and may end your access without a refund.
- Keep your login details private. Tell us right away if you think your account was used without your permission.
3. Plans, trials and billing
- Payments are handled by Whop. Their terms apply to checkout, payment methods and receipts.
- The Desk trial costs $1 for 30 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, it renews automatically at the monthly Desk price shown at checkout (currently $50/month), and then every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Amounts already charged are not refundable except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
4. Market data
AO relies on third-party data (for example broker and market-data providers). Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and services can go down, especially at the open, around news, and on expiration days. Always confirm prices, contracts and premiums with your broker before you trade.
4a. Connecting a brokerage (optional)
You can link a brokerage account through SnapTrade to see your balances and positions inside AO. The link is read-only: AO cannot place, change or cancel trades in your account. SnapTrade's own terms apply to the connection. You can disconnect at any time from your Trader profile.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell or republish AO content, scores, alerts or data.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or try to extract AO's models, scoring logic or source code, or probe the service for weaknesses.
- Do not use automated tools to pull data from the dashboard or overload it.
- In the AO community, keep it professional. No spam, promotion, harassment, pump-and-dump talk, or claims of guaranteed results. Moderators may remove posts or members.
6. Intellectual property
The AO dashboard, models, scoring, designs, text and logos belong to Alpha & Omega Analytics LLC. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use them for your own trading education while your membership is active.
7. No warranties
AO is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will make money.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AO is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid AO in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending access
You can stop using AO at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will let members know. Continuing to use AO after a change means you accept it.
