How the $1 trial, renewals, cancellations and refunds work.

01In short

The $1 trial is how you try Alfred with almost nothing at risk. After that, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

02The $1 trial

  • The trial costs $1 for your first 30 days of the full AO Desk.
  • Unless you cancel before the 30 days end, your membership renews automatically at $50 a month plus any applicable taxes.
  • One trial per person. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable.

03All payments are final

We do not issue refunds or credits for:

  • monthly or annual payments, including automatic renewals you did not cancel in time
  • unused time, partial billing periods or plan downgrades
  • dissatisfaction with market outcomes, reads, scores or alerts
  • periods when you did not use Alfred, or brief outages
  • accounts ended for breaking our Terms of Service

04Auto-renewal and cancellation

Memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account with no fee. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Deleting the app or simply not logging in does not cancel your membership.

05Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email info@tradewithao.com with the date and amount. We refund verified duplicate charges in full. Please do not open a second membership to change plans; email us and we will help.

06Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Most billing questions are solved in one email. We may pause an account while a dispute is open.

07Price changes

If we change prices, we will tell you before the new price applies to your next billing period. You can cancel before then.

08How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop, our payment partner. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
