02Who we are, and who we are not
A&O Analytics is a research publisher. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor or financial planner, and using Alfred does not create an advisory or client relationship.
We do not know your finances, goals or risk tolerance. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exchange or broker. We may pay independent affiliates who refer members to us.
03Nothing here is a recommendation
Reads, scores, grades, levels, setups, contract examples, exit plans, watchlists and alerts are impersonal research outputs. They are the same for everyone with the same settings and are not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, option or other instrument.
04Options trading risk
Options are leveraged and are not suitable for everyone. Buyers can lose the full premium, and sellers can lose more than they collect. Short-dated contracts, low liquidity, assignment and changes in implied volatility add risk. Read the Risk Disclosure and the OCC's Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options before you trade.
05Our own trading
Our founders trade their own accounts, including in tickers Alfred covers, and may open, hold or close positions in anything we discuss at any time without notice. Their results are their own and are not typical.
Omega and our other agents trade paper accounts only. They do not trade real money and never trade in a member's account.
06Paper, hypothetical and past performance
Unless clearly labelled as real brokerage fills, published results are paper or hypothetical. They are measured at mid prices from entry to exit and do not reflect real fills, spreads, fees, slippage or taxes. Hypothetical results have inherent limits and can be prepared with the benefit of hindsight.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. No one should expect to achieve results similar to those shown.
07Scores, agents and AI-written explanations
Alfred's scores, agent reads and plain-English explanations are produced by automated systems, including AI models. They are not individually reviewed by a person before you see them and can contain errors, miss information or be out of date.
08Market data and third parties
Market data comes from third-party sources and is not independently verified by us. It may be delayed or inaccurate. Data providers, brokers and platforms we work with do not endorse Alfred. Data shown in Alfred is for your personal use inside the product.

Posts in our Discord and other community spaces belong to the members who write them. They are not reviewed or endorsed by A&O Analytics and are not advice.
