01What this covers
This policy covers tradewithao.com, the Alfred dashboard at dashboard.tradewithao.com, our alerts and emails, and our Discord community, all run by A&O Analytics (Alpha & Omega Analytics) in Florida.
02What we collect
- Account details: your email address and login. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider in hashed form; we never see them in plain text.
- Billing details from Whop: your name, email and membership status. Whop processes your card. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- What you set up in Alfred: your trader profile, watchlists, plans, risk rules, alert settings and preferences.
- My Journal: trades you import from a broker file or log yourself.
- Phone and push alerts: your device's push registration if you turn on notifications.
- Discord: your Discord username and ID if you connect our bot or join the community.
- Usage data: which pages and features you use in the dashboard, so we can see what helps and fix what does not.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) and cookies that keep you logged in and remember settings like light or dark mode.
- Terms acceptance: the version you accepted, the name you typed, the time, and a hashed IP address.
03Brokerage connections
If we offer a brokerage connection and you choose to use it, you log in on our connection partner's secure page, and we never see your broker password. Connections are read-only: we receive account names (numbers masked), balances and positions to show next to Alfred's read. Alfred cannot place, change or cancel trades. You can disconnect at any time.
04How we use it
- to run your account, check your membership and give you access
- to save your settings, watchlists, plans and journal
- to send the alerts you set up and service messages such as login links, billing notices and changes to our terms
- to understand how the product is used and improve it
- to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms
- to meet legal obligations
05Your journal stays yours
Trades in My Journal are stored in your account only to show them to you. We do not share them, publish them, or use them for our research or track records. You can delete all of them at any time from My Journal.
06Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Product analytics in the dashboard are first-party: usage data is stored in our own database and is not sold or used to target ads. We do not run advertising trackers in the dashboard.
07Who processes it for us
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context advertising. We share only what is needed with the providers that run Alfred:
- Whop (payments and memberships)
- Supabase (accounts and database)
- our cloud hosting provider
- Apple and Google push services (if you turn on alerts)
- Discord (if you use the bot or community)
- our email provider (login links and service messages)
- AI model providers that help write explanations, which receive market data and your question, not your payment details
- a brokerage connection partner, only if you connect a brokerage
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
08How long we keep it
We keep account data while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for records, billing and legal needs, then delete it. Terms acceptance records are kept as long as needed to show what you agreed to. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
09Security
We use access controls and encryption in transit, and passwords are hashed by our authentication provider. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
10Your rights and choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@tradewithao.com from the email on your account. Depending on where you live, for example California, the EEA or the UK, you may have more rights, and we will honor them. You can turn alerts off and unsubscribe from emails at any time.
11Children
Alfred is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and will delete it if we learn we have.
12Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top and tell members about significant changes.
