This policy explains what Alpha & Omega Analytics LLC ("AO") collects when you use tradewithao.com, the AO dashboard, the AO Discord bot and community, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and login details when you create a member account. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider in hashed form; we never see them in plain text.
- Billing details from Whop: your name, email and membership status. Whop processes your card; AO does not receive or store full card numbers.
- Discord details: your Discord username and ID if you connect the AO bot or join the community.
- What you save in AO: watchlists, trading plans, preferences and journal entries you choose to enter.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) and a login session cookie. The site also remembers small preferences such as light or dark mode in your browser.

What we collect
- Account details: your email address and login details when you create a member account. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider in hashed form; we never see them in plain text.
- Billing details from Whop: your name, email and membership status. Whop processes your card; AO does not receive or store full card numbers.
- Discord details: your Discord username and ID if you connect the AO bot or join the community.

Brokerage data (optional). If you choose to connect a brokerage, it happens through our partner SnapTrade. You log in on SnapTrade's secure page — AO never sees your broker password. The connection is read-only: AO receives your account names (account numbers masked), balances and positions so it can show them next to AO's read. AO cannot place, change or cancel trades. You can disconnect at any time from your Trader profile; that deletes the connection at SnapTrade and the link AO stored. We never sell brokerage data or use it for advertising.
How we use it
- To run your account, check your membership and give you access.
- To save your watchlists and preferences.
- To send service messages such as login links, billing notices and important changes.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising. We share only what is needed with the providers that run AO: Whop (payments and memberships), Supabase (accounts and database), SnapTrade (only if you connect a brokerage), our hosting provider, and Discord (if you use the bot or community). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for records and billing, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights; we will honor them.
Children
AO is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and tell members about significant changes.
